Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 40g/1 1/2 oz finely grated Leskol
  • Pinch of salt and cayenne pepper
  • 6g/1/4 oz butter
  • 1 slice buttered toast
Cooking Instructions

Leskol Scrambled Eggs

Beat the eggs and add the grated Leskol and seasoning.

Melt the butter in a small pan, pour in the egg and Leskol mixture and stir over a low heat until lightly scrambled.

Serve at once on toast.
