Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 40g/1 1/2 oz finely grated Leskol
- Pinch of salt and cayenne pepper
- 6g/1/4 oz butter
- 1 slice buttered toast
Cooking Instructions
Leskol Scrambled Eggs
Beat the eggs and add the grated Leskol and seasoning.
Melt the butter in a small pan, pour in the egg and Leskol mixture and stir over a low heat until lightly scrambled.
Serve at once on toast.
