Ingredients
- 100g/4 oz grated Leskol
- 3 tablespoons ale
- 25g/1 oz butter
- Salt, pepper and mustard to taste
- 2 slices toast
Cooking Instructions
Welsh Rarebit
Place ale in a saucepan and melt Leskol into it slowly. Add the seasoning and the butter.
When thoroughly hot, pour the mixture onto freshly made toast, place under the grill until lightly browned and serve.
